LINAX® execution cleanroom

Components for the cleanroom are produced under special conditions. This begins with

cleaning items with wipes and isopropyl alchohol. The assembly takes place under dust protected

conditions. Following the verification process, the components are packed in double-sealed

cleanroom sachets.

LINAX® Linear motor axes predestined for cleanrooms

On account of the compact dimensions and the simple, homogeneous geometry the

LINAX® linear motor axes are predestined for cleanroom applications. The low proportion of mechanical

components has been developed among other things for reasons of longevity.

In contrast to spindle or belt drives, there is no particle production resulting from wear and tear.

Additionally, cleanroom suitable corrosion-free guide rails are utilized. Even the connection

cables have been specially selected for cleanroom applications.

The cleanroom version of the LINAX® linear motor axis receives the letter R in addition

to the model designation.
